These terms govern services provided by GTVEXUS Global Private Limited, a company registered in India, trading as GTVEXUS.

Proposals & scope
Every engagement begins with a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, milestones and a fixed price. Work starts once the proposal is accepted in writing.
Payments
Standard schedule is 40% to begin, 30% at design approval and 30% before launch. Care plans are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are issued in INR with GST as applicable and are payable within 14 days. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cards.
Changes
Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work begins. You will never receive an invoice you have not approved.
Intellectual property
On final payment, you own 100% of the delivered code, design files and content. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless an NDA says otherwise.
Confidentiality & NDA
We treat your business information as confidential. We are happy to sign your NDA before discovery on request.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts, we refund the design deposit in full. Post-launch defects in delivered work are fixed free of charge during the support window.
Support
Packages include 15–90 days of post-launch support. Ongoing care plans are available from ₹1,500 per month with defined response times.
